I am deeply interested in the organisational process of the summer school ...

I am a clinician with experience in deprivation medicine in England and Scotland. I absolutely love the focus of the conference. However, I also have 20 years of organisational development work across health and social care.

The game of splitting is writ large (in organisational speak - divide and rule), including with regulators and policy makers. Without attention to the group process in the summer school. I wonder how much we will address the systemic issues we are wrestling with. The conference is called social context of distress after all.

I welcome your thoughts ideas and insights

kind regards

Alasdair
